Hey, I’m Jennifer.  I’m a stay at home mama and wife. I am a sinner saved by grace and now call myself daughter of the King.  I am amazed at the mercy and grace the Lord has poured over our lives.

Jeb and I were married June 14, 2003!  It’s been an amazing (almost) 10 years filled with medical school, residency, job changes, laughter, tears, joy, and growth.  He is the best father and husband I could have imagined!

We have 3 little munchkins, Caden, John Luke, and Ella Kate.  Caden is so creative.  He loves to play on the computer, swing, play the Wii (particularly Skylanders), dance, collect things, and draw.  John Luke is our little free spirited mischievous one.  He loves to snuggle, be outside, play with toys, and get dirty.  Ella Kate  is our little princess.  She is opinionated,  wild, loves to be outside, LOVES her brothers, watches Fresh Beat Band to a fault, and is ALWAYS on the go.  She was born with a significant hearing loss and now has bilateral cochlear implants.  We are so thankful we caught her hearing impairment early and were able to get her help quickly!

If you read this blog for any amount of time you’ll see we love spending time together as a family, spending time with our friends, going to Disney World, and cheering on the Tide.

This website is a peek into our lives.  I try to be as transparent as I can, however, this is not the whole picture of our lives.  Everything isn’t always fun and games, but I certainly try to write about and remember those times that are.  This is my attempt to chronicle our lives so we can remember our babies growing up and possibly so I can help some other mama’s out there who may be going through the same stuff we are!

  1. Hi I just came across you blog. You have a beautiful family. I have a son with bilateral cochlear implants. Ella Kate is adorable and looks like she is doing amazing. I see we have some “friends” in common. I have links to several of the hearing loss blogs you have on my blog as well. Just thought I would say hi.

  2. Hi, have loved reading your blog and about your crazy life – almost as crazy as mine. I have a little girl (3) who has bilateral implants too, and she also has two big brothers.

  3. Hi, love your “scrappy birthday banner”…….my grandson would like a trash pack birthday….could you please tell me where you purchased this? Thank you!
